This lovely hotel is very centrally located, could walk to all the sights. The room 515 was large, light and lovely, best bed we had in Italy (there for a month). Best breakfast as well, lots of variety. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful.
What really disappointed us was that there was no free wi fi, it was expensive at 10 euro per 24 hours and only available for one device! Maybe not a problem for people there only for a short visit but we had been travelling for 7 weeks and liked to be able to read news and emails. Also no where else had charged as much as this, and most wifi we had in Italy had been free.

Stunning location adjacent to tourist areas that were really good, it's very central. Their rooms are always spotless and updated with a view on the doors.

Excellent location and traditional feel that blended in well with modern facilities.
Our room was very small and the shower cubicle tiny - although it is acknowledged ours was at the bottom of a very wide range of rooms on offer in terms of both size and cost.

I liked varied breakfast, hotel's marvellous and unbeatable location.
Location: the hotel was short walk to Via del Corso. The room overlooking courtyard was neat.

Location was great. Nice front desk staff and great bellman who was very kind and generous with his assistance. The lady at the front desk upon arrival was kind as well and pleasant.
There were bugs in the bed who bit me, and I had red spots on my shoulder. I asked the front desk to change the bed and they did so immediately, after which there was no problem. I put in a special request for a large bed and the best possible room, and while I did get a larger bed, my room was extra small, and looked like half a room, or like a small corridor. They did accomodate my other request for my two guests, whom I had invited also to stay at the hotel, but they were not consistent with my request, so my room was not worth the money.

Excellent location. Although being right next to the parliament building meant that we experienced difficulties gaining access if there were any demonstrations going on. Breakfast was good and the bed comfortable. If you are above 4th floor there are lovely views across the rooftops towards the Vatican.
There is no restuarant. Although no shortage locally. The rooms vary as to what you get. We booked with another couple who did not get tea/coffee facilities or dressing gowns. They also did not have a bath, only a shower. We had all of these yet paid the same

Staff was really friendly. Plus, the location is in the center of Rome.
Old and the room are smalls. I am assuming all the hotels in the surrounding area are the same?!

The locations was absolutely the key benefit to the hotel in regards to being in the middle of Rome. Everything was very close and within walkikng distance.
Location was another reason which put me off of the hotel because as being right outside the Parliament, there was many police or garda out front with protests happening. Not sure if I felt more safe with them or less...

I like the rooms, all interior. Also the location - everything is near. And the stuff was really kind! The Wi-Fi was good, and of course the view to square. We liked this hotel a lot.

I was thrilled with the spacious room featuring a comfortable bed, a huge Club Sandwich from the bar, and the delicious breakfast variety. The photos didn't quite match the actual room experience, though I would definitely stay here again!
